Malaika Arora demands Rs 10 Crore (Min) Settlement from Arbaaz Khan?
Why do most love stories in Bollywood- including that of Arbaaz-Malaika- have ugly endings?
It's getting uglier, and in fact, it HAS got uglier.
The news emanating from the crevices in the walls of the Bandra Family Court is that Malaika Arora has asked Rs 10-15 crore from husband Arbaaz Khan as divorce settlement.
A source says, "That's quite an amount no doubt, but Rs 10 crore minimum is what Malaika wants. And she will not settle for anything lesser."

Arbaaz is still reeling under the shock, and we wonder how he will cough up such an amount. However, he has somehow and somewhat agreed to pay up over a period of time.
Like any loving and compassionate father would, Arbaaz has offered to pay up for his son's upbringing.
The child will continue to stay with Malaika after the divorce, which is likely to come about in May. "But that would again depend on a lot of things, which includes how quickly Arbaaz and Malaika come to a common point as far as terms and conditions of financial settement are concerned," adds the source.
We also hear, Arbaaz didn't want a divorce till the very end and hoped that a miracle would happen, but Malaika was adamant that she doesn't want to remain his wife anymore.
For those who've come in late, SpotboyE.com was the first to bring you the news about their marriage having gone kaput (Arbaaz-Malaika headed for Splitsville?, Jan 28).

But the news of their court visit to file for a legal separation came as a surprise because the Bollywood grapevine was abuzz with whispers that the two stars were working on their relationship to avoid an annulment. The rumours had gotten stronger especially after the estranged couple spent Karva Chauth together (Arbaaz Khan, Malaika Arora Spend Karva Chauth Together, 20 Oct 2016)
Arbaaz’s brother, Salman, too had tried to play mediator between the warring couple as the Khan family did not want the marriage to end (Salman's last-ditch effort to save Arbaaz-Malaika marriage, 2 Mar 2016)
In fact, both Malaika and Arbaaz were spotted together on several occasions, trying to iron out their differences. "But nothing worked. All those meetings went down only as table talk," the source reveals.
Malaika and Arbaaz had met at an ad shoot in 1998 and were married soon. They welcomed a son, their only child, in 2002.
We texted Malaika to speak on this, but the lady in question chose not to revert.
